Totti to return against Chelsea

ROME (AFP) - AS Roma have been given a welcome boost ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League clash against Chelsea as captain Francesco Totti has been included in the squad.

Totti missed Saturday’s 2-0 defeat at Juventus that left Roma just one point and one place above the Serie A relegation zone.

The club’s talisman has been suffering with a knee problem all season and has made few appearances, even as a substitute.

He may not be fit enough to start but is likely to play some part, probably by coming off the bench.

Roma coach Luciano Spalletti, though, is still without Italy midfielder Alberto Aquilani and full-back Marco Cassetti.
